Order Processing
All orders received by 5:00 pm AEDST, Monday to Friday will ship the following business day, except on QLD public holidays.
In the event that you have placed an order on an item that is on ‘Pre-Order’ status, a member of our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours to provide an estimated order fulfilment date. You will receive further communication once the item has come into stock and has been shipped to you. All items are ‘In Stock’ for immediate dispatch unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
Reef Pure RO Systems have partnered with two courier buyers for the best possible rates on shipping. Both utilise primarily Courier Please and Amarax (formerly Fastway) as well as other providers, including Australia Post, for rural coverage depending on the most cost-effective route. While both providers are 100% carbon neutral, Sendle was Australia’s first, and Australia’s first certified technology B Corporation. We are proud to support delivery services that have a commitment to the environment.
All shipping includes the following services at no extra cost:
- Full Tracking System – With email notifications
- Free Signature on Delivery
Lastly, for expedited shipping, we also offer Australia Post Express as a delivery option. Please be aware Australia Post has updated this service in 2020 from ‘Overnight Guarantee’ to a ‘Best Effort’ service. As a result they are unable to provide any guarantee on delivery timeframes.
Authority To Leave
While a signature on delivery is included free of charge on all orders, you have the option to authorise “Authority to leave”. If selected, your delivery will be left at the delivery address without needing a signature. Parcels marked “Authority to leave” are only covered for loss in transit provided the shipping provider has been able to confirm they are lost. If a parcel marked “Authority to leave” has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider, it will not be replaced by Reef Pure RO Systems.

Restrictions
As the majority of our products are bulky, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been received by Reef Pure RO Systems, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the details of your order.
You will receive a further email notification once your order has shipped, and this will include your chosen shipping providers tracking reference number for simple tracking of your order.
