4 Stage to 5 Stage Upgrade Kit
This kit will allow you to easily upgrade your Reef Pure RO Systems 4 Stage system to a Reef Pure Ro Systems 5 Stage system.
This is done by adding an additional carbon stage to the system. As a 5 Stage System, it will be capable of not only treating higher chlorine levels but chloramines also.
This kit includes everything that you will need to make the upgrade as quick and simple as possible.
5 Stage to 6 Stage Upgrade Kit
This kit will allow you to easily upgrade your Reef Pure RO Systems 5 Stage system to a Reef Pure RO Systems 6 Stage system.
This is done by expanding the existing single DI resin stage bracket to a dual bracket and adding an additional DI resin stage to the system. As a 6 Stage System, you can always be sure that you have a full, non-exhausted stage of DI resin as a final stage, removing all traces of contaminants and impurities from your product water.
Dual DI Stage – 1/4” Quick Connect Fittings
The Dual DI Stage with 1/4” Quick Connect Fittings is the same used on the Reef Pure RO Systems 6 Stage Systems. It includes all of the parts and media you will need to easily retrofit your existing system with two additional DI resin stages including:
- 2x Clear Housings with 1/4″ Quick Connect Fittings
- Powder Coated Bracket
- Clear Refillable DI Resin Cartridge
- 2x 540g Bags of Colour Changing DI Resin
PurePro HF-8367 RO Booster Pump Upgrade Kit
This upgrade kit provides everything you need to upgrade your system with a booster pump and also have it automated by installing the Reef Pure RO Systems Auto Shut-Off Float Valve Upgrade Kit. The kit includes high and low-pressure switches giving your system the ability to detect when your water reservoir is full, disabling the booster pump accordingly.
All RO membranes have an optimal minimum operating pressure. The PurePro RO membranes used in all Reef Pure RO Systems have an optimal minimum operating pressure of 50psi.
The system will operate below 50psi, however, the performance of your RO membrane will not be optimal. Your system will produce more wastewater and will also result in a higher TDS reading of your RO production water. This is due to a reduced salt rejection from your RO membrane. A higher TDS reading will also deplete your DI resin much quicker than a system producing low TDS water.

Resin Saver Upgrade Kit
Eliminate the effects that TDS Creep has on your DI resin and save on your DI resin replacement costs.
This upgrade allows you to divert the initial, high TDS water produced by your RO/DI system to your waste water line, rather than the DI resin. Once your TDS monitor displays your normal, operating TDS (usually <10ppm), you can divert the product water back through your DI stage.
Doing so will save your DI resin from having to absorb this high TDS, which will result in a dramatic increase in the life of your DI resin and will heavily reduce your replacement costs.
